Also I think I should note that I never saw an option to retrieve your files in a single run like through Google Takeout, but they don't cut your speeds so you can just download everything like that through the sync tool or web browser. The only thing that affects me in particular is that Yandex is banned in Ukraine (I live here), so I have to use a vpn service to both upload and view my files. It's cool, but it also means that they don't even hide that they check every file you upload to the service. Security-wise they're quite questionable I think, I know that they check every file you upload to match other files on their servers, making a file that is already on their servers to be uploaded from your PC in a second. Also, H265 is supported on PC, so you won't be locked from watching your H265 videos on PC like on other popular cloud storage services.
And other options are available too, so a 1080p video you'll still be able to watch in 480p-360p like you can on Google Drive to save your internet traffic. Yandex Disk on the other hand will let you view your video in 900p, and even in other unpopular resolutions, like 576p.

Google encodes every video you upload in different resolutions for you to view, but let's say if it's a 1600x900 video, Google will encode it only into a 720p stream, not 900p. They have a neat video preview player, probably the best one I've seen. Files stored in the cloud are accessible from any device phone, tablet, or computer. They have a Windows app but it's more of a sync tool, however, they also provide a webdav service so you can have direct-ish access to your files on any device. Yandex Disk is a modern and reliable cloud storage service.
